One-on-one Training

One-on-one sessions are a great way to focus on a player’s individualized needs. Most new clients prefer to begin the WDBA training program with private 60min workouts, and we highly recommend a minimum of 4 individual sessions so that when you begin group training you are better prepared to get the most out of the group setting without disrupting the flow of the group.

Group Training

Working in WDBA’s larger groups of 4 or more challenges a player to compete against other athletes at various skill levels utilizing all basketball skills from a full court perspective with pace, speed and game concept. Note: you are not required to be on a team to participate in group workouts.

Travel Teams

In addition to the individual skills basketball training, WDBA teams participate and play in different leagues and tournaments local and nationwide. The goal is to hone each player’s ability to learn offensive sets, defensive concepts and gain an overall understanding of how to work on and within a team.
