Willie Diggs the founder of WDBA has a vision for each player that joins the academy. From the least skilled to the least athletic he meets his players where they are. He works to bring the best out of everyone in the academy. Coach Diggs is tough on his players but he is fair and the players always know that his coaching style comes from a deep passion and understanding of what it takes to play the real game of basketball and an even deeper passion for developing his players.
